we are fam-i-lee...get up everybody and sing

it's official. we have the worlds cutest children. go to guinness book and you will see listed under "the most beautiful children in the whole wide world" and you will find this picture. not only are they cute, ladies and gents, but they are sweet and kind too (well, most of the time).

i am often asked (well, just about every day, actually) what it's like having 4 kids. it's not bad, actually. aside from the occassional multi-kid meltdown in the middle of sacrament meeting, having 4 kids doesn't feel much different than having 3, 0r maybe 2 (although it's been so long since we only had 2 i can't compare).

here are some runner-ups to the best picture:

none of these pictures compare to the first, though. i love the way all of the kids are looking and smiling in the top picture. i must admit, being ready for church at eight helps for a fun (stress-free) photo shoot before sacrament meeting. but it also demands that mom gets a nap in the afternoon (which she did).

and here are my hot-pink hotties with their matching dresses and flowers (which, yes, i made).

ellie is a fabulous older sister, and loves riley to pieces. and riley is so good to put up with ellie's constant kisses and loves. i hope they are the best of friends when they grow up (yes, i am sure they will fight like crazed women when they are teenagers. i personally don't like to think about having two teenage girls so close. it makes my breath leave my chest and my blood-pressure to rise).

mommy and sweet little riley-biley!

after church we went to cousin mason's baby blessing, and then off to rich and aubrey's house for a luncheon. riley was pooped after two sacrament meetings. she conked out in daddy's arms.

i wish i could fall asleep like that! i think everyone feels this way on a lazy sunday afternoon.

ellie with great-grandpa taylor. she has everyone wrapped around her finger - especially grandpas!

riley getting kissed by great-grandma taylor. she is loved by all...because who could resist loving such a lovable girl? i think no one.

Yep, they're pretty cute and way to go with the sewing of their dresses. I'm impressed!! I can't wait to make little girl things. There isn't much you can make boys without them looking silly.

Keep up the pictures! I can't believe you have one going to Kindergarten! Luke doesn't start until next year. All the undergrads are starting to move in this week and I still feel like it was only a couple years ago I was in college-not 8!
