i love working in primary. i never thought i would enjoy this calling so much, but here i am raving about it on my blog! before i had kids in primary, i dreaded the idea of having a primary calling. but as soon as otho turned 4 and went into sunbeams, i wanted to join him.
now i serve in the primary presidency. today i had the opportunity to teach sharing time on baptism. it was so fun to watch the kids learn and participate...they seemed to click with understanding.
for the parents of the kids in our wonderful evergreen ward primary: thank you for raising such great people. they were reverent, respectful, and participated today. i hope they learned something and i hope they grew a little bit. i really do love all of the kids in primary. and i am grateful to their parents for teaching their kids correct principles and also for taking them to church!
and for any of our primary teachers/worker who read this: THANK YOU so much for your service. primary teacher/worker is definitely not an easy calling. some days you feel frustrated and that your not making a difference. but i see how much the kids love their teachers. i also see how much they learn. your service in primary has everlasting, eternal, and wonderful consequences to these children. thank you again! we appreciate you.
