santa says "ho ho ho" not "quack quack quack"

a few weeks ago, ellie was a little confused about what santa would say. she would, when prompted, say that the red guy would say "quack, quack, quack." well, to fix this fix she was in, we took ellie to see the real guy up north.


mr. claus asked each kid what they wanted for christmas. otho wants pokeymon cards. ellie a princess, and abe wants a gun that straps to his hand that shoots balls.


i never thought ellie would care for santa, and would be so stinking afraid of him, but she really wasn't, and went right up to the big man.


abe enjoyed sitting on satna's lap. it was an all-around success, and we left with ellie saying "ho ho ho" and otho telling me how much he loves santa.

now, we're trying to be really good so santa will visit us with lots of gifts!
