so laurie tagged me, and although i doubt i can be half as funny/insightful as she is, i will give this goose a gander.
1. what was i doing 10 years ago?
holy crap. it was ten years ago that i graduated high school. you couldn't get me out of st. louis fast enough. by the end of june i was off on the plane to byu summer session, where i had the time of my life! i was too skinny, too tan, too flirtatious, and too eager. i'd take the too skinny back, but i'm glad i evolved beyond all that i was ten years ago.
2. what are 5 things on my to-do list today.
1. clean my house (that's an everyday list item)
2. go grocery shopping...we're out of milk.
3. hang pictures in the boys room (which will probably never get done because i hate hanging things because they always fall down, so i'll wait until my mom comes).
4. take a nap or rest
5. have a baby...do you hear that baby #4, you're on my list, so it's up to you to complete this list...just wait until after i clean so i'm not embarrassed by how my house looks if, in fact, my water would break.
3. what are some snacks that i enjoy?
hello? i'm 9 months prego. what don't i enjoy? but my favorite would be a caramello candy bar, good earth peach mango chips, and ice (only when i'm pregnant).
4. things i would do if i were a billionaire.
i actually have a better question than this one, that i ask people: if you got one million dollars to spend in the next 24 hours (and then it would disappear) how would you spend the money? understand that you cannot keep any $$, but only what you turn the $$ into after the 24 hours).
this is how i would answer my question: i would first pay off all of our student loans, our house, and i would buy a prius for ken and a new mini-van for me. i guess i would pay tithing too (do we need to do that in our pretend realities?). so now i assume i would have $600,000 left.
then i would pre-purchase a few vacation packages for my family to go to italy and jerusalem and china and all the places i have always wanted to go and see.
i would also invest some $$ into stocks, probably $200k of it.
now i assume i have $300,000 left. i guess i would buy another house as an investment, although are homes much of an investment right now? who knows. maybe i would move to that house and rent out the house we live in now, so we have more room.
5. places i've lived.
st. louis, mo. (from 0-18)
provo, ut (from 18-23)
phoenix, az (from 23-28)
i tag: brooke knudsen, whitney dibble, lynnae f. and kimmie curry

Woo-hoo! You did it!
And I LOVE your million dollar question. I've never had it put to me that way. Narrowing down the possibilities makes it seem so much more plausible (like I'm actually going to come into a million dollars sometime soon). Very cool.
10 years ago I was just meeting you for the first time! Yay for the good ol' BYU days.
Good luck with your baby. Hope she comes soon. :)
