WAY EVIL! NAUGHTY KEN! Incidentally, are you trying to kill yourself by doing the no chocolate month during Valentine's??? What is WRONG with you woman?!?!?
Hey... it could be worse. He could have logged onto FB and then put them right next to the mouse - thereby tempting you with TWO of your February goals at the same time.
So, how's the resistance working? I want a progress report. :-)
I am finding that I eat a lot of sugary non-chocolate things to try and replace that chocolate craving. But, truth be told, after the first week, the chocolate craving left. I find that if I give myself a few days, I don't have the craving.
All this being said, what a crappy month to quit facebook and chocolate. With Ken working 12+ hours a day, I am a tad lonely, and wish I could "talk" on facebook. And with the stress that comes with moving, I could really use some chocolate. Instead I have found that going through my garage and throwing 3/4 of the stuff away is helping me cope with all this stress. In the end, I'll have a clean garage, which is really, really nice.
As for the running, uck, I don't want to think about it. I am going to try and run 3 miles without stopping tomorrow. I don't think anyone knows how hard this is for me. I am not a long-distance runner, and I could pee my pants with fear. But I shall try and I shall conquer, and probably throw up too.

Just bring them on over - that will solve the problem!!! :)
they are delicious but that's pretty harsh to bring them home when you can't enjoy them too!

Laurie,
