Day Three...Still No Sugar

I thought that not eating sugar would make me feel more full because I read that sugar and corn starch makes one hungrier. But I'm practically starving between meals. Perhaps it's because I'm not snacking like I usually am, like on chocolate or cookies or what not. Anyone know why I feel like I'm starving? Because it's not that fun.

I might do this "no sugar" thing for the rest of the month, with a cheat day one day a week (my sister is making a chocolate raspberry cake and I am making a blueberry cheesecake, so yeah, I'm having a cheat day on Sunday).

For now I will go drink a glass of water to make my stomach stop saying, "Feed me, Seamore." and I'll count down the minutes until lunch.

Oh my, it's going to be a long month.

Well done!
Perhaps you could snack on an apple, or veggies in between meals.

Myra, are you considering fruit as sugar? I think that grapes or strawberries might help.
Switch to Stevia... it's not sugar.

Whitney - no matter what I did I felt like there was an empty void in the pit of my stomach that couldn't be filled. Maybe I was PMSing, but it's gone now, and I don't crave sugar anymore. And Shellee, fruit is my best friend. I didn't cut out naturally occuring sugars like fruit.
